really, a changed wifi password at midnight? that's just plain rude and shows a lack of consideration. also, the bathroom was cramped and so outdated it felt like a trip back in time. I can't believe i wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences. absolutley unacceptable! this hotel is far from the luxury experience i expected.

A quick and honest take
My stay was delightful! The staff truly went above and beyond. Kapil made check-in a breeze, escorting us to our room and offering assistance to my elderly mother. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the Deluxe Twin Room were remarkable. I highly recommend this property for its warm, attentive service and excellent amenities.

Had an awesome group vacation! The live music on weekend evenings was a highlight, and we enjoyed checking out a game at Sardar Patel Stadium. The amenities were great for hanging out and relaxing, making our stay super fun.
Unfortunately, the shower had issues during our stay. We had to call for maintenance, which dampened the experience a bit.
